Marianne Lépinoit is a seasoned finance professional with experience in strategic planning, risk management, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. As CFO at Polystyvert, she raised several financing rounds in equity and non-dilutive capital, contributing to the company's growth as a leading innovator in plastic recycling technologies.
Before joining Polystyvert, Marianne held senior roles in global organizations, including CFO at BCA Research and Ned Davis Research, where she led the acquisition of Ned Davis Research. She also served as Corporate Controller at Pollock NationaLease, playing a key role in its successful divestiture. Marianne began her career at EY as a Senior Auditor, building her expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
An advocate for entrepreneurship, Marianne also coaches teams building business cases at the HEC/McGill EMBA program. She was recognized in Canada’s Clean50 for her contributions to sustainable business.
Marianne holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the Institut Commercial Supérieur Bégué in Paris, along with a Diplôme d’Études Comptables et Financières (D.E.C.F.). She is a certified public accountant in Quebec and Ontario and serves as Treasurer on the Board of Alliance Française de Montréal. Outside of work, she is passionate about environmental causes, including beekeeping and permaculture.
